Richard C. Bagdasarian – Case Manager
Richard was awarded J.D. from the University of Akron School of law in 1983 where he excelled in trial advocacy earning national awards including the American College of Trial Lawyers Medal for Excellence in AdvocacyRichard received his B.A. from Hiram College in 1977 dual majoring in English and Speech Communications. He studied in Cambridge, England and completed a fellowship in film production with WQED in Pittsburgh, PA, where he worked on the U.S. Supreme Court’s Bicentennial Project producing a series of films on the life of Chief Justice John Marshall.
With an extensive case history, Richard is an invaluable asset to the firm. He specializes in complex litigation support to the firm’s attorneys in their representing Plaintiffs and Defendants in all State and Federal Courts. Richard is a consultant for the firm’s Corporate Counsel representation of small, medium and large companies in a wide range of industries with an emphasis on transactional, dispute resolution, creating client value and quality business solutions. Richard also has experience in Commercial, Insurance, Foreclosure, Negligence-Personal Injury, Probate Litigation, Labor/Discrimination, Construction and Sports Law.

Community Involvement
Richard was the Founding Director and President of Boca Ballet Theatre Company, one of the top civic ballet companies in the United States and internationally recognized for its unique approach to providing performance opportunities for young dancers with professional artists from the world’s leading ballet companies.
Richard was a long time Director of the Symphony of the Americas, South Florida’s professional orchestra under the direction of Maestro James Brooks-Bruzzese. The Symphony recently celebrated its 20th anniversary and continues to perform around the world. He continues to remain active in many community and charitable enterprises.
Before becoming heavily involved in his cultural pursuits, Richard was a Little League Coach for many years. In addition, Richard was a long time Parish Council representative in his church.
